The Marriage Certificate for John H. Dunlap and Catharine Fox.

    This is to Certify
That John H. Dunlap of the town of Canajoharie in the State of New York
and Catharine Fox of the town aforementioned in the State of New York
were joined together in Holy Matrimony on the fifth day of July in the
Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six
By Mr. Jonas Diefendorf,
        Minister of the Gospel

Summons for George Avery.

"XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX----Summons---XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The People of the State of New York ---To any Constable of Montgomery
county, GREETINGS:
You are hereby commanded forthwith to SUMMON George AVERY to appear
before the undersigned, a Justice of the Peace of said county, at his
office in Canajoharie on the
26th day of May 1830 at 10 o'clock in the fore noon to answer John W.
ELLIOT vs. Charles P. JOSSUAH in a plea of trespass on the case, to fine
damage of fifty dollars or under: and make due return hereof. Given
under my hand this 15th day of May 1830
