The Hall Cemetery is located on Hall Road near Glen Center. The reading below is dated August 4, 1967, by Albert Elswick for an unidentified chapter of the DAR. Mr. Elswick's notes said "This unused family cemetery is located on the west side of Hall Road, about 200 feet south of its junction with Pryne Road. The stones are all standing and it appears that the cemetery is being kept up."

2/13/99 Researcher Kathi Patterson brings up the possibility of a typo on the original list we received.
"I saw the list of people buried in Glen, Montgomery Co., NY (I'm a Quackenbush
descendant). I saw a number of people with the name of EACKER. I thought
that EACKER might be another variant of the name BACKER, which is found along
with my Van Allen and Quackenbush ancestors. I did not know if this were the
case, but thought I'd suggest it. The work you've done on this site is terrific! I'm actually hoping to visit that area in the spring and take some photos of family-related sites, including the Lotridge family cemetery, where my g-g-g-g-grandmother, Fanny
Lotridge Carver, is buried. I have more info on her family. "

I can assure you that as of today the Van Ep(p)s-Starin cemetery still exists at the southeast corner of State Route 30A and Van Epps St. at the south end of Fultonville. A survey was made of the cemetery in 1996 by the New York State Museum Anthropological Survey Unit under contract to NYSDOT. There are no plans to harm the cemetery in any way.
