|My gggrandparents were George F. BELLINGER and Nancy WEAVER who m. 27 Jan 1831 in St Johnsville and then moved to NNY. All I've known about Nancy's origins was that her obituary said she was born 12 July 1813. Recently, it has been suggested that she is the "Anna" born 6 April 1813, dau. of John Weaver and Catherie (Caty), wife of Dr Wood. Anna was bpt. at the home of Christopher Fox, spby Peter C. Fox and w. Anna (Nellis). John Weaver was the father of 3 other daughters by Caty Wood but died before Anna was born. I'm looking for anything which could confirm that "Anna" and "Nancy" are the same - and for the identification of both John Weaver and Caty Wood.||Richard G. Young|
