To the Honorable Board of Supervisors of Montgomery County.

Gentlemen:

I, Fred A. Russell, supervisor of soldiers' and sailors' burials, do hereby submit my annual report of same. There has been twenty-five funeral and headstone allowances. This report is from November 1, 1930 to November 1, 1931. There has been eight funeral allowances and seventeen headstones. These markers have all been placed and bills for same paid. I have visited several of various cemeteries and find some of the headstones in very bad condition, of which I have made a report to your honorable board.
