NOTES:

CHRISTIAN (Christopher) OTTMAN - Christian, or Christopher as he was also called, was the son of Christyan Ottman and Christina Schaffer, the daughter of Johann Heinrich Schaffer and Anna Maria Margaretha. Johann Schaffer, his brother Heinrich, and mother, Maria Elisabetha Schaffer, were among the 1710 German Palatine immigrants. Christian/Christopher was born in Schoharie County, NY. Christian and Christina's son, Henry Christian Ottman, married Katherine Alpaugh, my ancestors. I would enjoy hearing from other descendants.
